Herringbone Waikiki is a popular dining establishment from Southern California based on the concept of “Ocean to Table. The menu features dishes that combine fresh Hawaiian ingredients with a sophisticated essence. The modern interior and open-air seating with a comfortable breeze will immerse you in a resort-like atmosphere. For this campaign, a special three-course menu is offered for $55 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). Appetizers include a refreshing salad with local green papaya and cucumber. A sweet chili and lime vinaigrette with rich blue cheese is an innovative dish. For the main course, Hawaiian red snapper (snapper) is grilled to perfection, fragrant on the outside and plump on the inside. The dish is served with roasted garlic, whipped potatoes, sautéed green beans, and local hilatake mushrooms, and is topped with a Dijon mustard cream sauce, creating a perfect harmony between the flavor of the ingredients and the richness of the sauce. The dessert is a dome made with guava from Hawaii. The tropical guava chiffon with roasted coconut accents is the patissier’s signature sweet. The combination of ingredients and the balance of flavors are excellent, and the dessert is more than satisfying for the price. The cuisine is a perfect fusion of Hawaiian and modern California sensibilities.

STRIPSTEAK, A Michael Mina Restaurant is led by renowned chef Michael Mina, who has served three U.S. presidents. The restaurant, one of the best steakhouses in Hawaii, will offer a three-course “Pau Hana Tasting Menu,” which is normally available only at the bar for two hours from 4:00 p.m., but during this period, you can order it without time limit. In addition, table seating is available, allowing families to enjoy their meal in a relaxed atmosphere. The price is $79 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). The course includes a choice of three dishes each: appetizer, main course, and dessert. For the appetizer, choose from ahi crudo rolls with tuna, crispy onions and jalapenos, mixed green salad with refreshing yuzu dressing, truffle miso soup, and more. For the main course, guests can choose from a prime New York steak weighing approximately 200 grams, fillet, or bone-in rib eye for an additional charge. For fish, we recommend the delicious king salmon. For dessert, Basque cheesecake and tropical-flavored sorbets are available. The flavors of the dishes, which skillfully incorporate Japanese essences such as yuzu and ponzu, are easily adaptable to the Japanese palate. Those who want to enjoy meat dishes to their heart’s content can choose steak, while fish lovers will be more satisfied with salmon.

Eating House 1849 is a restaurant by Chef Roy Yamaguchi, who established “Hawaii Regional Cuisine” with 12 other chefs. Although the restaurant is more casual than Roy’s, which also operates in the U.S., the essence of Roy’s cuisine has been passed down from generation to generation. Chef Roy is a Japanese-American born in Tokyo. In addition to Japanese flavors, the menu features dishes that incorporate the unique culinary culture of Hawaii, which is a fusion of diverse immigrant cultures. This campaign offers three courses for $69 per person. For appetizers, the menu features tuna poke tostada. This dish combines Napa cabbage coleslaw and wasabi cream, blending Hawaiian-ness with Japanese accents. The main course is adobo, pork shank cooked at low temperature to tender perfection. Served with garlic fried rice and green beans, this dish is both tasty and satisfying. For dessert, tres leches made with purple sweet potatoes (ube) are served. This Mexican dessert of sponge cake soaked in milk, coconut whipped cream, and the aroma of pandan, also known as “vanilla of the Orient,” rounds out the course. In addition to the enticing cuisine, the restaurant’s warm and attentive service is also a major attraction. The staff’s pleasant “aloha” hospitality will make you feel as if you are in Hawaii.

La Pina Cantina in Kuhio Avenue Food Hall A Mexican restaurant located on the first floor of International Market Place. The menu incorporating Hawaiian pineapples and original cocktails are popular. During the period, a special set of hearty dishes is available. The carne asada plate, which features a steak weighing approximately 285 grams, comes with Mexican rice, black beans, guacamole, pico de gayo, grilled green onions, tortillas, and salsa verde. In addition, the set includes Mexican street corn (grilled corn topped with mayonnaise, lime, cheese, and spices) and two cocktails, which can be enjoyed as a snack. This entree normally costs $61, but is now only $39. Although it is listed as serving two, it is actually just enough for three people to share. That makes it about $13 per person. This is definitely a cost-effective restaurant that is perfect for those who want to eat well at a reasonable price.
