Starbucks and BEAMS will release four custom-designed items created in collaboration with the outdoor brand “Coleman” on July 17 as the fourth installment of the “EXTRA Collection,” which proposes a new lifestyle blending fashion and coffee culture.
The lineup includes the “ONE MILE CHAIR” (16,500 yen), which combines the functions of a carry bag and a chair; the “RESORT CHAIR” (8,800 yen), a foldable chair with drink holders on both armrests; and the “LEISURE SHEET” (8,800 yen), a reversible, extra-large 200 × 145 cm picnic blanket; and the “TAKE 6” (5,280 yen), a 4.7-liter cooler that holds about six 350-milliliter cans.
All items in the collection feature the “STARBUCKS GREEN” color and the “STARBUCKS STAND by BEAMS” logo. The backs of the chairs are adorned with the Starbucks Siren logo.
In addition to the permanent stores “BEAMS LIFE Yokohama” and “BEAMS JAPAN (3rd Floor, Shinjuku),” the collection will be available at the limited-time pop-up shops “BEAMS Roppongi Hills” (July 17–August 2) and “BEAMS Hiroshima” (July 17–August 16). Sales will also begin at 10:00 a.m. on July 17 on the official Starbucks online store.
