On June 3, ANA held an event to unveil its specially painted aircraft, the Pikachu Jet NH, and unveiled its cabin.
The specially painted aircraft was made possible through ANA’s support of the “Sora tobu Pikachu Project” developed by Pokémon Inc. and is based on the philosophy that after a period of difficult travel due to the Corona disaster, once travelers are able to travel freely, they should experience the joy of travel through Pokémon.
The aircraft has Pikachu, as well as Recuza, Latias, Latios, and Bibyon, vividly depicted on both sides of the aircraft. In addition to specially designed headrest covers installed in the economy class cabin, flight attendants will wear specially designed aprons for in-flight service. In addition, the cabin crew will wear specially designed aprons for in-flight service. Paper cups and napkins are also specially designed for this aircraft.
