Posted on November 16, 2025 by News Admin

On November 5, Mitsui Fudosan and Fukuoka Jisho announced the start of construction of “Mitsui Outlet Park Fukuoka (tentative name),” a jointly promoted commercial facility development project on the former site of “Marinoa City Fukuoka” in Fukuoka City’s Nishi-ku. The park is scheduled to open in the spring of 2027.

The location is also convenient for access to Fukuoka Airport, Hakata Station, and Tenjin. In addition to a wide range of outlet stores, from international brands to select stores, sports, outdoor, and kids’ stores, there will also be a food and beverage zone and other facilities.

The total site area is approximately 85,200 m2, with a total floor area of approximately 117,800 m2, including the newly constructed commercial building (2 stories above ground) and multi-story parking garage (4 and 6 stories above ground), and the existing renovated commercial building (4 stories above ground) and multi-story parking garage (4 stories above ground).
