Mitsui Outlet Park Fukuoka (tentative name) to open in spring 2027. Approximately 200 stores, the largest in Kyushu, on the former site of Marinoa City Fukuoka

On November 5, Mitsui Fudosan and Fukuoka Jisho announced the start of construction of “Mitsui Outlet Park Fukuoka (tentative name),” a jointly promoted commercial facility development project on the former site of “Marinoa City Fukuoka” in Fukuoka City’s Nishi-ku. The park is scheduled to open in the spring of 2027.

The location is also convenient for access to Fukuoka Airport, Hakata Station, and Tenjin. In addition to a wide range of outlet stores, from international brands to select stores, sports, outdoor, and kids’ stores, there will also be a food and beverage zone and other facilities.

The total site area is approximately 85,200 m2, with a total floor area of approximately 117,800 m2, including the newly constructed commercial building (2 stories above ground) and multi-story parking garage (4 and 6 stories above ground), and the existing renovated commercial building (4 stories above ground) and multi-story parking garage (4 stories above ground).
