In this issue, we will introduce the menu of Snuggly Duckling, a new restaurant to be established in the “Rapunzel’s Forest” area, plus our specialties, which we asked chef Ryunosuke Kataoka about.

Tokyo DisneySea has announced the menu details for the restaurants in the new Fantasy Springs theme port, which will have its grand opening on June 6.

You can enjoy wild and hearty burgers at that bar you’ve always wanted to visit!

Snuggly Duckling is a counter-service restaurant that seats approximately 620. It is a speakeasy where the merry roughnecks from a scene in the movie “Rapunzel on the Tower” gather.

The store is marked by a charming duck sign, and the store is leaning because it is next to a giant leaning tree. The store is divided into movie-inspired rooms such as a bar and a stable, and the artwork of Rapunzel and the roughnecks making their dreams come true is one of the highlights of the store. The store is eligible for “Disney Mobile Order.”

The four main types of burgers offered here are. The burger is rough and hearty, inspired by the image of a roughneck. It looks wild, with lots of ingredients layered on a yellow bun that resembles a duck,” says Chef Kataoka.

In addition to the regular meat, a plant-based burger with pea patties is also available.

The dessert “Sweets Ever After (Lemon & Strawberry)” (700 yen) is also full of attention. According to Chef Kataoka, “It is inspired by the frying pan that protected Rapunzel in the movie. It’s Dutch baby with lots of berry sauce,” he says.

Another sweet, “Duckling Muffin (Caramel)” (600 yen), was invented by Attila, one of the roughnecks, whose trademark is an iron mask. He says, “The duck-printed cookies on the sign in front of the store are the key.”

I tasted it and found plenty of caramel hidden inside. It was the perfect taste for a power charge at the right moment when you are tired of playing.

The “Rapunzel’s Magical Milk Tea” (800 yen), a drink introduced by the chef with the image of Rapunzel, can be purchased together with the “Souvenir Tumbler Set” (extra 1,400 yen).

Other items available with the set and desserts include a “Souvenir Lunch Case” (plus 1,300 yen) and “Souvenir Plate” (plus 650 yen), so don’t forget to check them out together.
