Commercial facility “Hazar” adjacent to Hazawa Yokohama Kokudai Station will open in the fall of 2024. Approximately 25 stores, including supermarkets, will move in.

Terada Warehouse will open the commercial complex “HAZAAR” (2-44-7, Hazawa-minami, Kanagawa-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) in the fall of 2024. The development is part of the company’s urban development efforts in the area where the company once had a warehouse base.

Approximately 25 stores are planned to be housed in the building, including a supermarket, medical facilities, a licensed nursery school, and facilities to support agriculture in the Hazawa area. The exterior of the building incorporates a brick design reminiscent of a warehouse.
