Terada Warehouse will open the commercial complex “HAZAAR” (2-44-7, Hazawa-minami, Kanagawa-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) in the fall of 2024. The development is part of the company’s urban development efforts in the area where the company once had a warehouse base.
Approximately 25 stores are planned to be housed in the building, including a supermarket, medical facilities, a licensed nursery school, and facilities to support agriculture in the Hazawa area. The exterior of the building incorporates a brick design reminiscent of a warehouse.
