Doshisha will begin pre-sales on November 3 of the “Gorilla Public Bath Set,” the second collaboration product between Pine Create’s sauna brands “Go Relax” and the “Gorilla Series.” The price is 5,499 yen. It will be available at Don Quijote stores nationwide, as well as at Apita and Piago locations.
The set includes the “Gorilla Barefoot” health sandals, a body towel, and a mesh bag, and is available in three color combinations: gray and yellow, navy and orange, and black and blue.
The “Gorilla Barefoot” shoes, which provide a deep-massaging sensation on the soles of your feet, are available in this set-exclusive color in sizes S (22.0–23.0 cm), M (23.0–24.0 cm), and L (24.0–25.0 cm). From the insole to the outsole and upper, the design features a textured surface resembling a cluster of spheres. A “hidden gorilla”—positioned in the center and approximately 5 mm higher than the surrounding texture—stimulates the soles of your feet with every step.
The “Scrub-Scrub Body Towel,” which offers a semi-firm scrubbing sensation, features gorillas from both the “Go Relax” and “Gorilla Series” brands dressed as sauna masters.
The “Yumeguri Bag,” made of mesh fabric, features an original tag adorned with gorilla designs from both brands. When not in use, the bag can be folded and stored compactly in its inner pocket, making it easy to carry.
