Don Quijote’s “Shocking Black Friday” Starts November 13. Features include up to 96x points back, lucky bags, and “buy X, get Y free” deals.

Pan-Pacific International Holdings (PPIH) will hold its year-end mega sale, “Amazing Black Friday,” at Don Quijote and Arita Piago stores nationwide from November 13 to 29. Ahead of the main sale, a pre-sale event will begin on October 29.

The interactive campaign “Get a Head Start! BLACK majica DAY,” which utilizes the official “majica” app, will run from November 2 to 12. During this period, customers can use keys earned through purchases of 1,000 yen or more (including tax) to open treasure chests within the app, earning rewards such as up to 96 times the purchase amount back in points. The event will be held at 677 stores nationwide, excluding Olympic stores.

Don Quijote will launch its “Flying Sale” on October 30, featuring a selection of over 100 items. Items include the “T-FAL Ingenio Neo Hard Titanium Intensive Set 9” (10,989 yen), limited to the first three sets per store, and the “TOSHIBA Tornado Cordless” (21,780 yen)—available in a total of 300 units nationwide—as well as home appliances, car accessories, toys, and mystery bags filled with household goods, all at astonishingly low prices.

In addition, starting November 2, 451 stores will hold the “Passion Price Weekly Sale,” where customers get one item free when they buy “three” or “two” eligible items. For example, if you buy three packs of “Passion Price 99% Antibacterial Wet Wipes” (307 yen), you’ll get one pack free (four packs for 921 yen). This promotion offers great deals on consumables, seasonings, and underwear—items that are especially nice to buy in bulk.

During the main sale starting on November 13, the lineup will feature a total of approximately 580 items across the first phase (about 180 stores) and the second phase (about 70 stores).

Starting at 10:00 a.m. on October 29, the Apita and Piago online store will hold a members-only pre-sale featuring approximately 130 items, including premium alcoholic beverages and brand-name watches. Starting November 9, as part of the “Lucky Bag Pre-order Sale,” approximately 50 items—including the “Large Plush Toy Tyrannosaurus Rex and Shark Set,” normally priced at 8,338 yen but available for 3,850 yen—will be offered, along with jewelry, toys, home appliances, and lucky bags containing baby products and maternity essentials.

During the main sale on November 13, approximately 450 items will be available at about 80 stores, including Apita and Piago.

Details on the sales at each store will be posted on the “Amazing Black Friday” special website at 10:00 a.m. on October 30.
