This project contributes to improving aviation safety and ensuring stable air transport at Tribhuvan International Airport, Nepal’s largest international airport. As the gateway to Himalayan mountaineering, support for this international airport—which serves a large number of travelers from around the world, including Japanese nationals—will help underpin Nepal’s sustainable economic development and contribute to promoting people-to-people and economic exchanges between the two countries.
