NEXCO East Japan’s Kazo Management Office, Yawara Management Office, and Tsukuba Construction Office will implement nighttime road closures on the Ken-O Expressway (C4, Metropolitan Central Link Expressway) between the Bando Interchange and the Shimosa Interchange.

In addition to repairing the road surface and inspecting and repairing road structures, road closures will be implemented in three separate sections from November 9 to December 9 (excluding weekends), including a reserve day, to accommodate construction work related to the expansion to four lanes. The closures will take place daily from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the following day.

During the closure, drivers will need to take a detour via public roads, and toll transfer adjustments will apply when using the designated interchange.
