Daiwa House Realty Management will open the “Daiwa Roynet Hotel Miyazaki” (4-1-32 Tachibana-dori Nishi, Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture)—its first property in Miyazaki Prefecture—on March 8, 2027.

Located in the Tachibana-dori area of downtown Miyazaki—a convenient hub for both tourism and business—the hotel is about a 12-minute walk from the West Exit of Miyazaki Station on the JR Nippo Main Line. It is a 12-story building with a total of 212 guest rooms. There are five room types in total, ranging from the “Standard Double” (16.4–18.1 m²) with a wide desk to the “Four” (52.1 m²), which features four beds and is ideal for families or groups. The hotel also features a large communal bath and a sauna.

As an example of room rates, a Standard Double room ranges from 10,000 to 80,000 yen per room (rates are subject to change). Reservations will open on October 26.
