Awajiya will release the “Hanshin Tigers Hippari-dako Rice (White)” station bento, created in collaboration with the Hanshin Tigers, on October 7. The price is 1,980 yen. Pre-orders are being accepted starting at 9:00 p.m. on October 4, and pickup at Awajiya stores and delivery via the online shop will begin on October 7.
This familiar “Hippari-dako Rice” octopus-shaped ceramic dish features a white finish and is printed with the Hanshin Tigers team logo. The wrapping paper also features a white background with vertical stripes and prominently displays the team logo, making it a special Tigers edition.
The contents are the same as those of a standard “Hippari-dako Rice”: simmered octopus and conger eel, along with shredded omelet, simmered shiitake mushrooms, simmered bamboo shoots, and rapeseed blossoms, all served over soy sauce-flavored mixed rice.
Reservations can be made via the in-store pickup reservation site and the Awajiya Online Shop. For the first round, products available for pickup or delivery from October 7 to 20 will be sold on a pre-order basis. Reservations are limited to four items per person per order. For in-store pickup, the limit is four items per day, and customers cannot combine items with different pickup or delivery dates into a single reservation. Additionally, the online shop does not allow these items to be purchased alongside other products.
In addition, general sales at retail stores are scheduled to begin on or after October 21. Details regarding in-store reservations and online pre-orders starting on that date will be announced at a later date on the Awajiya official website and official social media channels.
