Hoshino Resorts will open the hot spring inn “Kai Ureshino” (103-4 Sakura-no-Moto-Ko, Iwaya-Kawauchi, Oaza, Ureshino-cho, Ureshino City, Saga Prefecture) in the summer of 2027. This will mark the company’s first entry into Saga Prefecture, and it plans to begin accepting reservations in the spring of 2027.
The hotel features a total of 28 guest rooms, all of which are “Satoyama News: Tsuboniwa-no-Ma” rooms—local-themed accommodations featuring a private tsuboniwa garden and an open-air bath. Additionally, all rooms are designed as duplexes, with the first floor featuring a ceiling height of approximately 5 meters, creating an open, airy space where guests can relax as if they were living there. The interiors feature original fixtures woven with real tea leaves, as well as artwork inspired by the Ariake Sea.
In addition to the front desk, shop, and dining area, the facility will feature the “Bihada-goya” spa treatment center, where guests can fully experience with their entire bodies the “silky-smooth texture” of the water—the defining characteristic of Ureshino Onsen.
By combining a soak in a private open-air bath in your guest room with spa treatments, we offer a stay that allows you to fully enjoy this renowned hot spring, hailed as one of “Japan’s Three Great Hot Springs for Beautiful Skin.”
