The Hong Kong Tourism Board will hold its annual “Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival” from October 29 to November 1. The event will take place at the Central Harbourfront event space (9 Lung Wo Rd, Central, Hong Kong Island).
More than 300 vendors, including wine specialty booths and partner restaurants, will be set up at the venue, where visitors can enjoy wines and gourmet foods from around the world, as well as live entertainment, all against the backdrop of the night view of Victoria Harbor.
In the wine area, in addition to pavilions from China, France, Italy, Spain, Georgia, and the United Kingdom, new pavilions from Australia, Canada, and South Korea will be featured. Furthermore, following the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Hong Kong Tourism Board and the Bordeaux Wine Council (CIVB), a Bordeaux wine tasting experience will also be available. At the “Grand Wine Pavilion,” which showcases premium wines, more than 20 master classes and tastings led by master sommeliers and other experts will be held.
The “Tasting Room” in the gourmet area will feature world-renowned star chefs, including Edward Lee—known for the Netflix series *The Black and White Spoon: The Class War in the Kitchen*—and French culinary maestro Thierry Marx, who will offer exclusive, limited-edition menus paired with wine. In addition, the new initiative “Only in Hong Kong Flavors,” featuring more than 100 participating establishments—including Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels—will allow visitors to sample street food and specialty dishes unique to Hong Kong.
Even after the festival concludes, the entire month of November will be designated as “Hong Kong Wine & Dine Month,” during which restaurants and bars throughout Hong Kong will offer limited-time menus and special promotions.
