Rakuten Travel is holding the “Rakuten Travel Super SALE” through October 1, offering great deals on fall and winter travel reservations. The sale features special packages at hotels and hot spring inns nationwide, and when combined with currently available coupons, discounts of up to 35% can be applied.

The “Kame no I Hotel Kusatsu Resort” in Kusatsu Onsen (15-8 Kusatsu, Kusatsu-machi, Agatsuma District, Gunma Prefecture) is currently offering a package that includes two meals (a Japanese and Western-style buffet) and access to the hot springs at its sister hotels. For a room occupied by two guests, the sale price starts at 10,882 yen per person.

This facility underwent a major renovation and was rebranded on December 25, 2025. It draws 100% free-flowing water directly from the “Bandai Mine Spring,” which boasts the highest flow rate and temperature among the four natural hot springs in Kusatsu. The highly acidic water, with a pH of 1.6, possesses strong exfoliating properties and antibacterial effects.

There are a total of 103 guest rooms, including Japanese-Western-style rooms that accommodate up to six guests, traditional tatami-mat rooms (7.5 tatami mats and 10 tatami mats), and twin Western-style rooms, allowing guests to choose the room that best suits their needs.

Breakfast and dinner are served at the observation restaurant on the top floor, which overlooks the hot spring town, offering a buffet featuring “Joshu cuisine,” including regional and local specialties.
