JAL International Flights Introduce Cosmetic Kits Featuring “Cosme Decorte” and Other Brands in First Class; Business Class Amenities Get a Complete Design Overhaul

Posted on September 29, 2026 by Editor in Chief

JAL will update its international first-class cosmetic kits in mid-September and its business-class amenities in late September.

In First Class, we have introduced new products from the Japanese cosmetics brands “Cosme Decorte” and “The Ginza.” To meet the increasingly diverse needs of our passengers, we are shifting from our previous selection of men’s and women’s products to unisex items that can be used by anyone, regardless of gender. This change applies to all routes.

Cosme Decorte items on flights departing from Japan include the “Ribosome Advanced Repair Serum (12 mL)” and “AQ Milliority Repair Emulsion n (18 mL)” and “AQ Milliority Repair Lotion n (18mL),” while the The Ginza lineup for flights departing from overseas includes “Hybrid Gel Oil n (25mL),” “Treatment Facial Mask n (1 sheet),” and “Original Pouch.”

For the Business Class amenities, the art designs—featuring works by artists contracted with Heralbony—have been refreshed for the first time in about two years. New artists from overseas have also been added to the lineup; for the Japan-based items, the designs are by Hiroshi Yoshida, Keiyuki Tanida, and SATO, while for the overseas-based items, the designs are by Kei Sugawara, Serge Stefoglo, and Kanta Wajima.

In addition to the standard pouch, the same artistic design is featured on the book cover and pencil case (for items sourced in Japan) and on the luggage tag and passport cover (for items sourced overseas). Other amenities in the lineup include tissues, an eye mask, earplugs, a toothbrush, and hand cream.

This applies to flights to Europe, the United States (excluding Hawaii and Guam), Canada, and Australia; the art design option is not available on these routes.
