Miffy & Friends Halloween Party Parade
In the new parade, “Miffy & Friends Halloween Party Parade,” Miffy and Melanie will be joined by Boris the bear and Granty the pig, who will appear in Halloween-themed costumes such as witches, pirates, wizards, and knights. This marks the first time Miffy and her friends will be showing off their costumes.
There are two performances a day, each lasting about 30 minutes. There are three floats, and they will appear along the Amsterdam City parade route in the following order: a train (no character) → two white horses and a large pumpkin (Melanie Boris Granty) → the Miffy arch (Miffy).
Halfway through the parade, the floats come to a stop on the stage at Amsterdam Square, and it’s time to dance. Follow along with the characters’ lead and have a blast!
Following the dance time, there will also be a “Halloween Party Special Photo & Trick-or-Treat Time.” After enjoying a commemorative photo with your favorite character, say the secret phrase to the host crew—who will be holding special baskets—to receive some candy.
*Depending on weather conditions and temperature, the parade may be canceled (in which case greetings and the dance & photo session will be held indoors), or the dance & photo session may be canceled.
