JR East will release the 2026 edition of the “Special Offer: Ekinet-Exclusive Adult Holiday Pass Special,” available exclusively to Adult Holiday Club members, on October 26. The validity period is from November 26 to December 5.
The “Adult’s Holiday Club Pass Special” is an unlimited-ride pass that allows unlimited travel on eligible routes operated by JR East and JR Hokkaido for five consecutive days. You can choose from three eligible route areas: East Japan, East Japan and Hokkaido, or Hokkaido. A total of 30,000 tickets for standard-class cars and 1,000 tickets for Green Cars are available across all three areas.
This pass is valid for unreserved seats in standard-class cars on Limited Express, Express, Rapid, and Local trains, and allows up to six rides in reserved seats. The East Japan version covers the Tohoku, Akita, and Hokuriku Shinkansen lines, while the East Japan and Hokkaido version also covers the Hokkaido, Tohoku, Akita, and Hokuriku Shinkansen lines.
Tickets are available exclusively through the “Ekinet” reservation website. Unlike the standard version, they are not sold at station ticket machines for reserved seats, Midori no Madoguchi ticket counters, or Station Travel Concierge desks. The only accepted payment method is the “Otona no Kyujitsu Club Card” (credit card).
