Komeri has launched the “Natural Season Tabletop Cube Stove” at its home improvement stores—Komeri Power and Komeri Hard & Green—as well as on its online store, Komeri.com. The price is 1,980 yen.
This compact stove is designed to fit even on tables with limited space, measuring 21 × 19.5 × 15 cm (width × depth × height). It lets you easily enjoy charcoal grilling and tabletop cooking, whether you’re solo camping or having drinks in the backyard. Additionally, the square, stable grill grate supports cooking with skillets, small pots, and mess kits, making it versatile for all seasons—from summer BBQs to solo hot pots in the fall and winter.
Weighing about 1.1 kg, it’s lightweight and easy to carry. It requires only a small amount of charcoal—typically 100 to 300 g—and burns for about 1 to 2 hours, making it excellent in terms of both efficiency and value. Not only can you easily adjust the heat and the distance between the charcoal and the grill grate simply by rotating the grill grate, but the entire charcoal compartment is removable, making it easy to dispose of ashes and wash the grill thoroughly after use.
It works not only with charcoal but also with solid fuel and alcohol fuel, making it suitable for “balcony camping” when you want to minimize smoke, as well as for use as an emergency stove during disasters.
