Felissimo will open a limited-time pop-up shop featuring officially licensed merchandise for the Osaka-Kansai Expo on the second floor of “ShinQs by TOKYU DEPARTMENT STORE” inside Shibuya Hikarie. The shop will be open from September 3 to 16.
Myaku Myaku’s first photo book, “I myaku you.” (3,960 yen), as well as the “Funbaru-zu” plush toy that supports good posture (4,400 yen) and fluffy bang clips (1,650 yen)—a shop has opened selling 24 types of officially licensed EXPO 2025 merchandise planned and produced by Felissimo. Business hours are 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, and 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays.
At the venue, the picture book *Myaku Myaku and… The Story of Myaku Myaku’s Birth*, illustrated by Kohei Yamashita—the designer of Myaku Myaku—will also be on sale. The book depicts how Myaku Myaku—born as a tiny cell—encounters other living creatures, nature, and civilization, and through imagination, transformation, and symbiosis, forges a path toward the future. In addition to the main story, the book includes a catalog featuring Mr. Yamashita’s own commentary on the process of designing Myaku Myaku. The price is 2,200 yen. The limited-edition shop also plans to hold a print exhibition featuring works from this picture book at the same time.
To coincide with the release of the picture book, the store will also sell merchandise featuring the memorable images of MyakuMyaku from the book—such as MyakuMyaku floating inside a droplet and MyakuMyaku gradually evolving as its appearance changes. The lineup includes acrylic keychains (1,210 yen), face towels (2,750 yen), and flake stickers & masking tape (1,430 yen).
In addition, the first 50 customers who make a purchase totaling 8,000 yen or more—including picture books—will be eligible for a special offer to exchange a standard edition picture book they purchased for a copy signed by Mr. Yamashita. This offer is limited to one per person; even if you purchase multiple picture books, you may exchange only one for a signed copy.
The picture book includes three “Myaku Myaku” postcards, newly illustrated by Mr. Yamashita, as a special bonus. By applying a thick layer of clear varnish over the illustrations, the postcards have a glossy, three-dimensional finish.
