Iwate Prefecture will launch the second phase of its travel support program, the “Odense! Iwate Travel Discount Campaign,” on September 1.

This program offers a discount of up to 7,000 yen per person per night for stays within the prefecture, and discount coupons can be applied when booking through eligible OTA sites (Jalan.net, Rakuten Travel, Yahoo! Travel, JTB, and others). The second phase covers stays with check-in dates from October 1 through check-out dates on December 26, and OTAs that are ready to accept reservations will begin accepting bookings sequentially starting September 1.
