Sanwa Supply has released three types of mini tripods—the “200-DGCAM050,” “200-DGCAM051,” and “200-DGCAM052”—that are compatible with smartphones, cameras, and GoPros, allowing users to switch between tripod and handheld shooting and select the appropriate height for their needs. They are available for purchase on “Sanwa Direct,” the company’s official online store.
Three models of different lengths are available, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs. The 200-DGCAM050 extends from approximately 8 to 11.5 cm, and the 200-DGCAM051 extends from approximately 12.5 to 30 cm, and the 200-DGCAM052 extends from approximately 23 cm to 65 cm. Each model is said to be ideal for various scenarios, such as shooting at a desk, taking commemorative photos, group shots, and full-body portraits.
All three models are designed to be easy to use not only for set-up shots but also for handheld shooting. The 200-DGCAM050 can be used as a grip by folding its legs, allowing for a smooth transition to selfies and outdoor video recording. The 200-DGCAM051 and 200-DGCAM052 also feature a 2-way design that allows them to be used as both a tripod and a selfie stick.
In addition to taking photos with a smartphone using the included smartphone holder, it is compatible with cameras that use standard 1/4-inch screws, as well as action cameras such as GoPro when used with the included attachments. This allows you to switch between different cameras depending on the scene, reducing the need to have a separate tripod for each device.
All three models feature a compact design that prioritizes portability, making them easy to slip into a bag and take along on trips, business trips, or events. Additionally, the 200-DGCAM051 and 200-DGCAM052 feature a one-touch mechanism that allows you to extend the legs with the push of a button on the bottom.
