Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture, has been running the “Enjoy Nagasaki! Away Game Support Campaign” since July 1.
By utilizing the Corporate Hometown Tax Program, we support away-game trips to Nagasaki by supporters and fans of the soccer team “V-Varen Nagasaki” and the basketball team “Nagasaki Verka,” both of which are based at Nagasaki Stadium City.
Residents living outside the prefecture who purchase tickets to any game held at Peace Stadium or Happiness Arena and stay for two or more consecutive nights at a participating hotel in the city will receive a discount of up to 7,000 yen per person on their accommodation fees, as well as a 3,000-yen PayPay coupon valid for use within Nagasaki City.
The eligible stay period is from August 2026 to March 2027, specifically on the days of V-Faren Nagasaki and Nagasaki Verka home games, as well as the two days before and after those games. The discount on the accommodation fee is 25% off the total cost for a 2-night, 3-day stay per person, up to a maximum of half the average cost per night.
To take advantage of this promotion, book an eligible plan listed on the hotel’s official website or through an OTA (such as Jalan or Rakuten Travel), and present your game tickets and valid photo ID at the hotel upon check-in.
The participating accommodations include a total of 27 properties, such as the Stadium City Hotel Nagasaki, Hilton Nagasaki, ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Nagasaki Glover Hill, Hotel JAL City Nagasaki, and First Cabin Nagasaki.
