Tokyo Disney Resort is providing information regarding date changes and refunds for park tickets to guests who are unable to visit due to the Reiwa 8 Kumamoto Earthquake.
If you are unable to visit on the reserved date, you can change your visit date online as long as the ticket is still valid. This applies to tickets reserved through the Tokyo Disney Resort official website or the Tokyo Disney Resort app.
If it is difficult to change your visit date within the ticket’s validity period, we will issue a refund. This applies to park tickets booked through the Tokyo Disney Resort official website or the Tokyo Disney Resort app.
Ticket refunds can be processed by emailing or calling the Tokyo Disney Resort Information Center. Only the person who purchased the tickets may make inquiries, and the transaction number provided at the time of purchase is required to complete the refund process.
If you purchased park tickets at a travel agency or convenience store, you are advised to contact the seller rather than the Information Center.
