NEXCO Central Japan and Toki Premium Outlets (1-2 Tokigaoka, Toki City, Gifu Prefecture) began selling a special unlimited-ride pass exclusively for ETC-equipped vehicles—the “Hayatabi: Enjoy Toki to the Fullest! ‘Toki Premium Outlets Shopping Voucher Drive Plan’”—on July 24.
This package combines an “Expressway Tour Pass” (for standard cars, kei cars, motorcycles, etc.)—which offers unlimited access to expressways in the covered area for a flat fee—with an outlet shopping voucher worth 3,000 yen (3 x 1,000-yen vouchers, a 200-yen savings) that can be used at outlet stores, as well as a “Coupon Sheet” offering discounts and other benefits at participating stores within the complex. Additionally, the package includes special coupons valid at participating facilities at “Toki Yorimichi Onsen” and “Machiyui” within the adjacent Terrace Gate Toki complex.
Rates vary depending on the tour area. For standard-sized cars, the “Nagoya–Mino–Nakatsugawa Tour Plan” costs 5,300 yen for one day and 5,700 yen for two days; the “Gifu Prefecture Tour Plan” costs 6,800 yen for one day and 7,300 yen for two days; the “Aichi, Gifu, and Hamamatsu Tour Plan” is available only for 2 days at 7,600 yen, and the “Aichi, Gifu, and Shizuoka Tour Plan,” which departs from and returns to the Tokyo metropolitan area, is available only for 3 days at 13,800 yen.
The eligible travel period is July 29 through December 25 (excluding August 7–16, September 19–23, and other dates that include three-day weekends). To apply, you must first register for a free “Sokutabi” membership and complete the advance registration process on the NEXCO Central Japan official website before passing through the first exit interchange on your departure date.
To redeem shopping vouchers and other items, visit the “Information Center” located next to the food court at Toki Premium Outlets. Present your application confirmation (redemption screen) on your smartphone or tablet and complete the verification process on the screen.
Located about a 3-minute drive (approximately 700 meters) from the “Toki-Minami-Tajimi IC” on the Tokai Ring Expressway, Toki Premium Outlets features about 180 stores carrying renowned domestic and international brands. The surrounding area is dotted with spots where you can experience the region’s unique charm—such as tours of pottery studios and hands-on pottery workshops, typical of this Mino-yaki pottery-producing region, as well as day-trip hot springs and roadside stations—allowing you to enjoy sightseeing and scenic drives in the area alongside your shopping.
