The all-inclusive “APA Hotel Stay ” will open in November. New, well-equipped sauna and open-air bath facilities will be added on the 4th and 5th floors.

APA Hotel will reopen the “APA Hotel Stay ” (33 Motori-cho, Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture) under its new brand on November 2.

The currently operating “APA Hotel ” will undergo a large-scale renovation and reopen as the second property nationwide under the “APA Hotel Stay” brand. Ahead of the opening, reservations are now being accepted via the official website and the “APA Direct” app starting July 29. Additionally, to commemorate the start of reservations, the company is issuing a limited run of 1,000 “Apa Direct” coupons, each offering a 1,000-yen discount. The reservation period runs from July 29 to November 1, and the eligible stay period is from November 2 to February 1, 2027.

APA Hotel Stay promotes the brand concept of “All-inclusive, authentic saunas, and local breakfasts that engage all five senses,” and offers a new style of stay that combines an all-inclusive approach—where various services are included in the room rate—with a complimentary breakfast buffet that allows guests to experience the local culinary culture through all five senses, and authentic sauna facilities.

The number of guest rooms will increase from the current 99 to 125. Room rates, including breakfast, start at 8,500 yen per night for a single room (normally 18,000 yen and up), 14,000 yen for a double room (normally 25,000 yen and up), and 16,000 yen for a twin room (normally 27,000 yen and up). In addition, the hotel offers a total of 11 room types, including King, Triple, Quadruple, and Japanese-Western-style rooms.

The spa area “Itadaki” and the relaxation space “Fumoto” will be newly constructed on the 4th and 5th floors. Equipped with full-scale sauna facilities, they will feature a large sauna with an automatic löyly function, private saunas where guests can perform their own löyly, cold plunge pools, and areas for both outdoor and indoor cooling, providing an environment where guests can comfortably relax and rejuvenate. In addition to the saunas, the facility will also feature a wide variety of indoor and open-air baths, aiming to create a spa experience that satisfies a diverse range of guests.

A relaxation area called “Fumoto” has been set up in the lobby of the main bathhouse. Centered around a fireplace, it features massage chairs and a library of manga and magazines available for free use, creating a space where guests can soothe both body and mind before and after using the sauna. We also plan to offer a plan that allows access to the spa area only (for a fee, with time limits), and the large public bath will be closed during the renovation period.

“Restaurant & Lounge Ren,” located on the second floor, is a versatile common area suitable for a variety of occasions. Guests can enjoy complimentary welcome drinks (such as coffee and soft drinks), snacks, and ice cream. In the evening, the lounge also serves alcoholic beverages (some for a fee) and the hotel’s signature “APA President’s Curry” as a late-night snack.

For breakfast, we offer a buffet featuring over 60 items centered on the theme of locally sourced ingredients, including “One-Spoon Seafood Assortment” “Colorful Steamed Pork Belly and Local Vegetables from Omi-cho Market,” and “Ishikawa Prefecture’s Soul Food: Chicken and Vegetable Miso Hot Pot.” In addition to these dishes that showcase local ingredients, the hotel also serves its signature “Daily-Changing Seafood Fritters,” which are fried right before your eyes.

A mini-convenience store and a 24-hour fitness center are scheduled to open on the first floor. In addition, various facilities and services will be introduced in conjunction with the rebranded opening, including a coin-operated laundry facility (free washing, paid drying) available to guests at no charge, an amenity bar, and free water dispensers (installed on all guest room floors).
