Rakuten Travel is holding its “Special Coupon Week” through July 31, offering discounts of up to 30% on travel reservations. By combining multiple coupons currently available, you can book eligible hotels and hot spring inns nationwide at great savings.

“Pleasure Resort Izu Akazawa Onsen” (163-1 Ukiyama, Akazawa, Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture) is currently offering a package that includes one night’s stay with two meals, as well as free access to the indoor playland, hot spring facilities, and lounge. For two guests sharing a room, the regular price starts at 35,200 yen per person.

This hotel was renamed on April 27 of this spring and held its grand opening as an integrated resort. In addition to an infinity-style open-air bath offering panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the property features the “Akazawa Day-Trip Hot Spring Center,” where guests can relax in the “Lounging Lounge” while enjoying manga and video games, as well as the “Pleasure Arena,” a large indoor amusement facility where visitors can play and stay active regardless of the weather.

In addition, the property features the “Deep Sea Water Akazawa Spa,” a beauty and wellness spa facility equipped with a deep sea water pool—based on thalassotherapy, which originated in France—as well as a barrel sauna and a hot stone bath. There are also facilities where guests can enjoy table tennis, billiards, board games, and bowling, making it a destination where guests of all ages can enjoy their stay.

For dinner, we offer a Japanese-style course featuring seasonal delicacies from Izu at our ocean-view restaurant. The highlight of the meal is Akazawa’s signature dish, the “Akazawa Seafood Treasure Box,” a platter brimming with seasonal seafood from the waters off Izu, including red-eyed snapper, shrimp, and shellfish. For breakfast, guests can enjoy a buffet featuring over 40 Japanese and Western dishes, including a live kitchen where you can savor freshly fried local fish.
