The Naniwa Yodogawa Fireworks Festival Organizing Committee will begin selling official tickets for the “38th Naniwa Yodogawa Fireworks Festival,” to be held on October 17, today, August 1, at 10:00 a.m.
For this event, reservations and ticket sales will not be accepted by phone; instead, all requests will be processed through the “Official Ticket Sales Site” set up on the event’s official website. Users must first register as a new member on the site, then select their preferred seat type, location, number of tickets, and ticket pickup method before proceeding to payment via credit card or convenience store.
As examples of ticket prices (for one adult), there’s the “Pumilea Seat” for 18,000 yen, which includes a boxed lunch and drinks, and the “Exciting Seat” for 13,000 yen, the “Summer Cruise” seat at 27,000 yen, which offers the closest view of the fireworks from the riverbank, and the “Panorama Seat” at 5,000 yen, located on the gentle slope of the embankment.
The “Naniwa Yodogawa Fireworks Festival” is one of Osaka’s premier events, attracting more than 450,000 visitors annually. Following the 2025 fiscal year—when the Osaka-Kansai World Expo will be held—the festival will once again be held in October.
