Rakuten Travel is holding a “Special Coupon Week” through July 31, offering up to 30% off travel reservations. By combining multiple coupons currently available, you can book eligible hotels and hot spring inns nationwide at great savings.

“Oedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Kinugawa Kanko Hotel” (359-2 Taki, Kinugawa Onsen, Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture) is currently offering a basic buffet plan that includes one night’s stay and two meals. For two guests sharing a room, the regular price starts at 20,600 yen per person.

A hotel where guests can experience the natural beauty of the mountain range and the flow of the river through the valley up close from the large public baths, guest rooms, and Premium Lounge. For breakfast and dinner, the hotel features the “Oedo Three-Star Buffet”—which uses the most luxurious ingredients in the history of the Oedo Onsen Monogatari Group—offering all-you-can-eat options ranging from sashimi made with wild bluefin tuna delivered directly from the market, to Kuroge Wagyu beef loin sukiyaki prepared in the live kitchen, and local specialties unique to the Kinugawa region.

At the large public bathhouse—where the “Shimogori no Yu” and “Keichō no Yu” baths operate on an alternating schedule for men and women—guests can enjoy a variety of baths, including a rock bath with large boulders piled high across an entire wall and an open-air bath facing the Kinugawa River. In addition, private baths are available that include a rock sauna room large enough for two people to use at the same time. Equipped with a rest area and a balcony, these spaces allow families and couples to fully enjoy their privacy.

The “Premium Lounge,” available during check-in and after a bath, offers complimentary alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, coffee, and more. In this space—designed to evoke the image of a lush forest—you can relax with your favorite drink in hand.
