Hobonichi will open its first flagship store, the “Hobonichi Techo Store Tokyo Station,” at Gransta Tokyo inside JR Tokyo Station in mid-September, offering a total of 14 items, including a collaboration with the “Suica Penguin.”
The Hobonichi Techo is a long-running bestseller that marks its 26th year with the 2027 edition—a planner designed to be customized to the user’s preferences and lifestyle. The newly opening Hobonichi Techo Store will be the first company-owned retail location to carry nearly the entire Hobonichi Techo lineup, allowing customers to pick up and examine the products in person before making a selection.
Store hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and payment can be made by cash, credit card, electronic money, or barcode payment.
To commemorate the grand opening, we’re launching a “Suica Penguin” collaboration featuring store-exclusive items. The lineup includes a planner cover featuring a bold print of the Suica Penguin’s face on jet-black fabric; the “weeks” weekly planner, which features penguins in various poses woven into a refreshing mint-green tie-patterned fabric; and “stappo,” a pouch designed for organizing desk accessories.
