Canopy by Hilton Osaka Umeda (6-38 Ofuka-cho, Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; Grand Green Osaka North Tower) has begun offering a special accommodation package that allows guests to view the “38th Naniwa Yodogawa Fireworks Festival,” taking place on October 17, from their guest rooms. Reservations have been accepted via the official website or by phone since July 28.
This one-night-only package lets you stay in the hotel’s “Fireworks View Room” or “Fireworks Premium View Room”—located just about 2 km away from the fireworks festival venue as the crow flies—and enjoy the spectacular fireworks and night view of the Yodo River in comfort while avoiding the crowds. As a special perk, each room includes a bottle of champagne, and the package also includes breakfast the following morning at the hotel’s dining venue, “CC: CARBON COPY.”
Prices are subject to change, but if you book online and pay in advance by August 18, you’ll qualify for the early-bird discount, which offers 10% off the regular rate.
In addition, as an option available for a limited number of 100 rooms, a special dinner set for the day of the fireworks display (26,000 yen for two people) will be available via room service.
