Tokyo Disney Resort will set up a photo spot at Shizuoka Station where visitors can experience the atmosphere of “Tokyo DisneySea’s 25th Anniversary: ‘Sparkling Jubilee.’” The event will run from August 3 to 30.
This is timed to coincide with the operation of the “Sparkling Dreams Shinkansen,” a special Tokaido Shinkansen train set themed around the 25th anniversary of Tokyo DisneySea.
The “Sparkling Dreams Shinkansen” is a Shinkansen train featuring Mickey Mouse and his friends dressed in special 25th-anniversary costumes against the backdrop of eight themed ports, all depicted on the train’s exterior. The train also features special designs for the in-car melodies and head covers. It will remain in service until around mid-March 2027.
