Buffalo will begin rolling out its “LUAMC-U3CG Series” USB Type-C to LAN adapter cables in early August. The cables are available in 1-meter and 2-meter lengths. While prices are open, the 1-meter version retails for around 3,000 yen, and the 2-meter version for around 3,300 yen.
This product combines a USB-to-LAN adapter with a USB Type-C cable that coils up magnetically; simply plug it into a USB port to use it—no driver installation required. After use, simply roll it up, and the cables will snap together magnetically, preventing them from getting tangled inside a bag or elsewhere, allowing for neat storage and portability. Additionally, the use of a braided cable enhances durability.
