Tokyo DisneySea will release new “Imagining the Magic” merchandise on October 15.
“Imagining the Magic” is a photography project by Tokyo Disney Resort that captures moments of dreams and magic. In 2026, photographer Masashi Asada will capture Tokyo DisneySea, which will be brimming with festive spirit as it celebrates its 25th anniversary, and the resulting works will be turned into merchandise for sale.
The new collection, which embodies the concept “Off on a Sparkling Adventure!”, will be released in three phases, featuring approximately 120 captivating photos. The first phase, launching on October 15, will focus on merchandise that lets fans carry the series’ unique world with them wherever they go. The lineup includes shopping bags and smartphone accessories.
The second installment, on December 2, will feature merchandise that lets fans experience the world of the work with excitement. The lineup includes items true to the photography project’s spirit, such as camera straps and multi-purpose cleaning cloths.
The third installment, set to launch on January 12, 2027, will feature a merchandise collection highlighting behind-the-scenes photos of Disney characters wearing costumes from the currently running stage show “Dance the Globe!” Details about the merchandise will be announced at a later date.
