On June 30, Accor officially launched its premium paid membership program, “ALL Accor+ Explorer,” in Japan. The annual membership fee is 39,800 yen. Members receive benefits such as two free nights per year redeemable at over 1,400 hotels in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region, and the UAE; a 30% discount on meals at participating hotels; a 15% discount on room rates at over 5,000 hotels in more than 110 countries worldwide, and immediate “ALL Accor Gold Status” upon enrollment. For this article, I used these benefits to stay at the “Pullman Tokyo Tamachi” and experienced the perks of paid membership firsthand.
The Generous Benefits of “ALL Accor+ Explorer” “ALL Accor+ Explorer” is a paid membership program positioned at the top tier of “Accor Plus,” a loyalty program that has been operating in the Asia-Pacific region for over 30 years. The service launched globally on October 1, 2025, and currently has over 1,000 members in Japan. According to Accor, the company has now fully launched the service in Japan in line with the Accor Group’s expansion in the Japanese market. A major benefit of the program is the “Stay Plus” free night perk. This allows members to enjoy two free nights per year at over 1,400 hotels in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region, and the UAE; strictly speaking, one night is free for every two or more consecutive nights stayed. For example, at the “Pullman Tokyo Tamachi,” the room rate for one night for two people in a double room starts at 54,000 yen (room only). A two-night stay would normally cost 108,000 yen or more, but with this benefit, you can stay for as low as 54,000 yen. In other words, you’ve already recouped the 39,800 yen subscription fee at this point. Additionally, participating hotels in the same region offer member-exclusive plans with up to 50% off room rates for a limited time. Furthermore, members can stay at over 5,000 hotels in more than 110 countries worldwide at a 15% discount off the standard rate. Please note that these benefits are limited to a maximum of two rooms per member. In addition, as part of the dining benefits, members receive 30% off food and 15% off drinks at more than 1,750 restaurants and 1,250 bars in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region, and the UAE. Furthermore, upon joining, members are awarded Status Nights equivalent to 30 nights per year, granting them immediate ALL Accor Gold status. With Gold status, members can enjoy benefits such as room upgrades, early check-in, and late check-out (subject to availability). Specifically, the program covers a variety of hotel brands, including the Pullman Tokyo Tamachi where I stayed this time, as well as the Fairmont Tokyo, Swissôtel Nankai Osaka, and Mercure Tokyo Haneda.
