Tokyo Disney Resort has announced details for “Disney Halloween,” which will be held from September 16 to October 31. A variety of limited-time attractions and events will be featured at Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo DisneySea, Disney Hotels, and the Disney Resort Line.
Tokyo Disneyland is holding a parade featuring villains as the main characters. Will a ghost appear in Toontown, too?
Following last year’s event, Tokyo Disneyland is once again hosting the parade “The Villains’ Halloween ‘Into the Frenzy.’” Led by Dr. Facilier, Disney villains invite Mickey Mouse and guests to a spellbinding party.
The parade stops at three locations—Western Land/Fantasyland, the Plaza, and Tomorrowland/Toontown—to put on a show. It runs once a day for 45 minutes and features six floats.
The park’s decorations will also be Halloween-themed during this period. Starting with the Mickey flower bed at the entrance, a giant pumpkin photo spot will appear in World Bazaar. In addition to decorations featuring Mickey Mouse and his friends dressed in seasonal costumes, this year guests can enjoy taking photos at new spots, such as Toontown, where ghosts will make an appearance.
Among the attractions, the spotlight is on “The Haunted Mansion: Holiday Nightmare,” a limited-time event for Halloween and Christmas. This special version, based on the movie *Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas*, will run from September 16 through January 7, 2027.
In addition, separate from Halloween, a new entertainment show titled “The D-Groovationz4 Live: Happy! Funky! Groovy! Tour” will kick off on September 30. This show features live vocals and offers audiences the chance to enjoy innovative arrangements of Disney music.
