Tokyu will sell the “Tokyu Line Kids Pass”—which allows unlimited rides on the Tokyu Line for 100 yen—every day, including weekdays, during the summer vacation period from July 17 to August 30, even though it is normally available only on weekends and holidays.
This ticket is for children ages 6 and older but under 12 (including elementary school students under 13) and is valid only on the day of purchase. In addition to automatic ticket vending machines at all Tokyu Line stations (excluding the Setagaya Line and Kodomo no Kuni Line), tickets can now also be purchased via the digital ticket service “Q SKIP,” and can be redeemed using accumulated “TOQ COIN.”
During summer vacation, the “Tokyu Line Train Stamp Rally 2026: Norurun’s Time-Slip Journey” will be held, taking participants to 18 Tokyu Line stations and commercial facilities. Participants who collect stamps will receive an original train card and a commemorative album, and will also have a chance to win various prizes, including a special “One-Day Station Master” experience.
