On June 30, Hoshino Resorts announced that it will open a new facility in Gora Onsen, Hakone, Kanagawa Prefecture (1308-11 Kiga, Hakone-machi, Ashigarashimo-gun, Kanagawa Prefecture) in 2028.
Although the brand has not been disclosed, the property is a newly built hotel condominium offering 23 rooms with a high degree of privacy.
The facility consists of one basement level and four above-ground floors, and construction has already begun. Completion is scheduled for winter 2027.
