“Hanshin Expressway Odekake Pass 2026”: Unlimited rides for a flat rate for one day. Choose from two routes in Osaka and Kobe; the sightseeing facility package plan offers even greater value.

Posted on July 9, 2026 by Editor in Chief

Hanshin Expressway has begun selling the “Hanshin Expressway Odekake Pass 2026,” which offers unlimited travel within the designated area for a flat daily rate. The pass is valid only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from July 18 through March 28, 2027 (excluding the Obon holiday, Silver Week, and the year-end and New Year holidays), and can be used by standard passenger vehicles and light vehicles (including motorcycles) equipped with ETC for wireless toll payment.

You can choose from two tour routes: the “Osaka Tour Course,” which covers routes mainly within Osaka Prefecture, and the “Kobe Tour Course,” which covers routes within Hyogo Prefecture. The fare is 1,650 yen for standard cars and 1,400 yen for kei cars and motorcycles. Additionally, the “Tourist Attraction Set Plan,” which includes admission tickets to 26 popular tourist attractions such as Kobe Suma Sea World and Kobe Animal Kingdom, costs 1,450 yen for standard vehicles and 1,240 yen for light vehicles and motorcycles. Both plans are even cheaper if you use an ETC 2.0 on-board unit.

With a single ETC card, you can use the Osaka Tour Course and the Kobe Tour Course 9 times each (for a total of up to 18 times), while the Set Plan offers unlimited use. The daily capacity is set at 5,000 people for individual courses and 1,000 people for the Set Plan, for a total of 6,000 people.

In addition, as a bonus for purchasing the “Hanshin Expressway Odekake Pass,” all customers will receive coupons valid at more than 60 facilities along the route. These coupons can be used at tourist attractions, museums, restaurants, and day-trip hot springs to receive discounts on purchases, free merchandise, or complimentary services.
