I tried the new cake from the Disney Frozen Selection. It was even more “Jubilee Blue!” than I imagined.

Tokyo DisneySea is currently hosting the “Tokyo DisneySea 25th Anniversary: ‘Sparkling Jubilee’” event through March 31, 2027. In addition to the park, which is vibrantly decorated in the theme color “Jubilee Blue,” the entire menu is beautifully adorned with abundant use of this color.

One such item is the new “Tokyo Disney Resort Frozen Selection” cake (5,000 yen), which you can enjoy at home after visiting the park. Its highlight is the design, which features Jubilee Blue as the base color and is accented with soft, subtle hues.

The main part of the cake—the most important part—features a milk mousse base sandwiched between layers of mango jelly with fruit pieces. The topping consists of lemon-flavored whipped cream, jelly, and mousse. Use the included picks to finish it off. That little extra step is part of the fun, isn’t it!

I actually tried it myself, and the milk mousse and the tropical flavor of the mango are a perfect match! It’s also quite a generous portion. My tongue turned a little blue, but it went back to normal as soon as I took a sip of my drink. It seems like it would be fun to show each other the slight change in tongue color.
