To commemorate the release of the movie *Toy Story 5*, Tokyo Disneyland will host “Fan Time with Toy Story 5” from July 2 to September 14. This time, I actually tried out some of the experience programs that let you enjoy the park at your own pace, even during the hot summer months.
First, I’d like to introduce the “Toy Friends Stamp Rally.” It’s an interactive program where you visit various areas throughout the park to collect digital stamps. All you need is the smartphone you use every day.
To play, simply head to one of the six Pixar-ball-shaped spots located in areas such as Western Land, World Bazaar, and Tomorrowland, and tap your smartphone against them. When your smartphone recognizes the NFC tag, your web browser will open automatically, and you can collect a digital stamp on the dedicated website.
If you collect all six types of stamps, you’ll receive an original sticker from a cast member. There’s no set order for collecting the stamps, so you can easily participate while heading to attractions or restaurants.
In addition, there will be a special mission that trading card fans won’t want to miss. By collecting additional stamps at “Special Mission” spots, you can earn a card from the official Disney trading card game, “Disney Rolcana Cards.”
Since this is an original design available only through this stamp rally, once you’ve collected the stamps, be sure to ask the staff at each store for your card.
