NEXCO East Japan’s Tohoku Branch and the Miyagi Prefectural Road Public Corporation have decided to continue offering the “Tohoku Sightseeing Free Pass & Mitsui Outlet Park Sendai Port Set Plan”—an ETC-exclusive discount package—through fiscal year 2026.
During the eligible period from July 1 to March 31, 2027 (excluding Obon, Silver Week, the year-end and New Year holidays, and three-day weekends), if you spend 3,000 yen or more (including tax) on purchases (multiple receipts may be combined) at “Mitsui Outlet Park Sendai Port” (3-7-2 Nakano, Miyagino-ku, Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture), you will receive a flat-rate pass allowing unlimited entry and exit on expressways within the eligible area for up to four consecutive days.
You can choose from the following five tour routes; rates vary depending on whether you’re driving a standard car or a light vehicle (including motorcycles). Applications are accepted on the NEXCO East Japan website, “Dorapura.”
