TAOYA Gero (1781 Mori, Gero City, Gifu Prefecture) in Gero Onsen is currently offering a basic buffet plan that includes one night’s accommodation and two meals. For a double occupancy room, prices start at 17,500 yen per person.
Surrounded by the mountains and rivers of Minami-Hida, this inn boasts stunning views. Guests can enjoy the large indoor bath, open-air bath, and semi-open-air bath—which alternate between men and women—featuring the “Shinsō no Yu” bath, offering views of lush greenery, and the “Sōun no Yu” bath, which offers beautiful night views of the Gero Onsen town.
In addition to signature roast beef and sushi, the restaurant offers a wide selection of local specialties, including Gifu Prefecture’s soul food “Torichan” and “Hoba-miso-yaki.” Starting July 1, summer menu items such as conger eel tempura and eel nigiri will also be added.
