Takarajimasha will release the August 2026 special issue of “That Wonderful Person” today, June 16. The price is 1,850 yen. It will be available at bookstores and online retailers.
The special edition supplement features a retractable fragment case created through a collaboration between “Peanuts” and “The New Yorker.” The retractable strap—handy for use at ticket gates and checkout counters—features a key detail: a component adorned with Snoopy’s profile. The coin purse can hold coins, cards, and transit passes, and features an elegant design with the brand’s iconic “House Tartan” pattern.
Additionally, the August 2026 issue of “That Wonderful Person,” released at the same time, includes a Peanuts × The New Yorker insulated shopping bag compatible with self-checkout registers as a bonus item. The price is 1,850 yen.
