Nokisaki, the operator of the official parking lot sales platform “Ticket Pass,” has begun accepting lottery-based reservations for official parking spaces at the “Nagaoka Festival Grand Fireworks Display.” The application period runs from 11:00 a.m. on June 19 to 11:59 p.m. on June 24. Winners will be announced around 2:00 p.m. on July 1.
The Nagaoka Festival Grand Fireworks Display will be held on the banks of the Shinano River on August 2 and 3. Approximately 12,000 parking spaces will be available at the official parking lot over the two days, and parking passes will be sold exclusively to those who have purchased viewing tickets. To apply for the lottery, you will need the “application code” provided to viewing ticket holders.
The order in which applications are submitted will not affect the lottery results, and we will thoroughly implement measures to prevent fraudulent use—such as phone number verification and vehicle information checks—as part of our efforts to combat resale.
In addition, applications to use private partner parking lots reserved for ticket holders will be accepted through Ticket Pass.
