Grand Mercure Nasu Kogen: Package Including Tickets to the Rindou Lake Fireworks Festival. Midsummer snow activities and -40°C ice treats are also on the menu.

Grand Mercure Nasu Kogen Resort & Spa (4449-2 Takaku Hei, Nasu Town, Nasu District, Tochigi Prefecture) is offering summer vacation accommodation packages and events for families.

From July 19 to September 21—a total of 8 days—we are offering accommodation packages that include reserved seating for the fireworks display held at the nearby theme park, “Nasu Kogen Rindou Lake Family Ranch.” The accommodation rate, which includes breakfast and dinner, covers the park admission fee (valid from 4:00 PM) and the cost of the reserved fireworks viewing seats.

In addition, from July 1 to August 31, the hotel is offering a special accommodation package—available exclusively through its official booking site—that allows guests to enjoy “handheld fireworks” on the hotel grounds. Among the three room types to choose from, the “Family Superior Twin – Kids’ Room,” which measures approximately 36 m², is equipped with a projector, allowing families to gather in the room to enjoy movies and videos together.

At “KINOHA – Family Lounge & Library,” a new lounge exclusively for hotel guests that opened this past January, we’re serving “Dippin’ Dots”—a -40°C ice cream with a grainy texture—which is a welcome treat after a hot summer day of outdoor activities.

In addition, at the outdoor activity area “NASOBO,” the “Summer Snow Splash in NASOBO 2026” event—featuring artificial snow—will be held for three days only, from July 24 to 26, with activities such as sledding and water gun battles.

We also offer year-round accommodation packages that include tickets to “Gyro Ride Park,” where you can ride a Gyro Ride through the forest.
