To commemorate the release of the movie “Toy Story 5,” The Disney Store will launch a new collection on June 30. A preview event was held at The Disney Store Shibuya Koen-dori (20-15 Udagawa-cho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo).
Select stores are featuring special in-store decorations for a limited time through July 23. The Shibuya Koen-dori store features vibrant exterior decorations featuring characters from “Toy Story 5,” as well as a special area inside the store where customers can enjoy past installments of the “Toy Story” series.
The new “IT’S A TOYS WORLD!” collection features plush sets of Jesse and Bullseye, as well as Forky and Karen Beverly, who are highlighted in this installment.
In addition to familiar characters like Woody and Buzz Lightyear, the store will also sell a set of pin badges (2,200 yen each; 8 random designs) featuring new characters making their debut, such as Lilypad and Smarty Pants.
In addition, the selection includes items that capture the series’ unique atmosphere, ranging from figure sets (4,500 yen) to kids’ tote bags (4,000 yen).
In addition, a new “TOY STORY FASHION” collection, featuring apparel and other items, will be launched. With items such as short-sleeve shirts (5,900 yen) and hats (3,900 yen), you can enjoy a Toy Story-themed outfit on your way to the park or the movie theater.
In addition, we carry crane game-style plush keychains (2,800 yen) featuring Little Green Men dressed in costumes from popular Disney and Pixar movies.
If you plan to purchase an item in-store on the first day of its release, you may need to make a store visit reservation. Please check the Disney Store’s store information page for details.
