Posted on June 29, 2026 by Editor in Chief

The Naniwa Yodogawa Fireworks Festival Management Office announced that official tickets (sponsor’s seats) for the 38th Naniwa Yodogawa Fireworks Festival, scheduled to be held on October 17, will go on sale at 10:00 on August 1.

Tickets will not be reserved or sold by phone for this year’s event, but will be accepted on the “Official Ticket Sales Site” established on the official website of the event. After registering as a new member on the site, select the desired seat type, location, number of tickets, and ticket pickup method, and proceed to credit card payment/convenience store payment.

Ticket prices (for one adult) include the “Pumirea Seat,” which includes a box lunch and beverage for 18,000 yen, the “Exciting Seat” for 13,000 yen, the “Noryo-bune” seat for 27,000 yen, which offers the closest view of the fireworks from the riverbank, and the “Panorama Seat,” which is located on a gentle slope on the bank for 5,000 yen.

The Naniwa Yodogawa Fireworks Festival is one of the most popular events in Osaka, attracting more than 450,000 visitors every year. Following the Osaka-Kansai Expo in 2025, the event will be held on a different date in October. Details on this year’s program, notable music, traffic regulations, etc., will be announced on the official website as they become available.
